Shipping

 

1.How long until I get my shoes?

We process orders on business days, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

 Processing Time: 10 – 15 business days 

 Standard Shipping: 7 – 14 business days 

However shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand COVID-19 impact, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed.

For customization orders, it will take longer time, we appreciate your patience for extra 1-2 weeks.

2.Area of Delivery

Our delivery mainly covers  America currently.We only ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or US Protectorates. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

 

Product

1.What designs can I have?

Anything you want! We have a professional customized system so we can cater to your likes. We love creating new designs for you, so all ideas are welcome!

 

2.How do I go about making my own design?

If you have your own design in mind, or have seen a design online that you like, you can email or message us on our social media to get a quote. We can have a CGI (Computer Generated Image) drawn up for you to make sure you are completely happy with the design before purchasing.

ORDER

1.How do I check my order status?

You can track your order status at any time by logging into your account. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment with the relevant package tracking number.

You can also contact our support team at info@mydiyshoes.com or contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.Once we received the message, we will respond to you as soon as possible.

  

2.Can I cancel my order?

Provided that we have not started your shoes yet, you have 72 hours from the time you purchase your customs to cancel your order. Please email us at info@mydiyshoes.com with your order number. If we have started your shoes you cannot cancel your order.  

 

Returns

1.Are returns accepted?

9 times out of 10. There are no returns accepted. Due to all our products are made-to-order so we typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.Customers are responsible for return fees.

Arrange your return package with your local post office and we will process your refunds/exchange as soon as we received the return.
