1.Shipping methods

we will ship by International packages USPS.

 

2.Area of Delivery

Our delivery only covers  America currently.We only ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or US Protectorates. 

 

3.Shipping Fee

SHIPPING IS ON USA！ FREE INSURED SHIPPING TO THE USA!

 

4.Shipping & delivery time

(1) Processing time

We process orders on business days （EST Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm） exclude holidays observed by the Post Office:Thanksgiving, Halloween and Christmas.

Once you place your order it takes 2 - 4 working days for us to process and ship your items.

(2) Shipping time

Normal USA shipping time with "Standard shipping" is 15-20 calendar days

 

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

So our average ETA is currently 17-24 calendar days, however shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand  COVID-19 impact, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed.

For customization orders, it will take longer time, we appreciate your patience for extra 1-2 weeks.

 

5.Track orders

Once your shoes have been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Any orders to the United States will not incur any additional customs and import fees.
